Established in 2009, 60 private residences comprise Poinsettia Landings nestled in the Poinsettia Heights neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale. A heated pool, and several common areas amidst luxuriant landscaping provide residences with a true South Florida feel. Poinsettia Landings consists of 7 buildings: two 2 storey buildings (1311 and 1460) and five single storey buildings each with 4 villas (1300, 1320, 1340, 1400, 1420).

Checklist for buyers:
1. Review Rules and Regulations for the condominium.
2 Contact- Farris Property Management at kip@farrisproperty.com for an application form.
3. Once you have submitted the initial application form (step #2), download the Application For BOD Approval form. Bring this completed form to the interview. The Board of Directors (BOD) and or designate will interview applicants.
4. Complete the Consent Form to Online Voting and/or Consent to Receive
Electronic Notice of Meetings.
5. Estoppel certificates/procedures:
6. Application fee is $100 per occupant or married couple.
7. Condo Docs - The current owner is responsible for passing on the condo documents to the new buyer. If a new copy is needed, you will have to pay for it and make arrangements to pick it up. Cost is about $75. Please call Management at 954-786-7414
8. A Certificate of Approval will be provided upon request. Please email your request to the board.
9. Laundry room keys (for residents in Buildings 1460 and 1311) and mailbox keys are provided by owners. When you buy a unit, the owner should pass the key(s) on to you. Replacement keys are available for $5 by contacting the Board. If a mail box key is missing, you will need to contact the Post Office about a replacement.
10. Each unit is entitled to one reserved parking space. Your parking space number can be found here: information.
Checklist for new tenants:
1. Contact Farris Property Management at kip@farrisproperty.com for an application form.
2. Once you have submitted the initial application form (step #1), download the Application For BOD Approval form. Bring this completed form to the interview. The Board of Directors (BOD) and or designate will interview applicants on Sunday afternoons (2 pm). All potential tenants must be present at this interview. Approval will not be granted until steps 1 & 2 are complete.
3. Each unit is entitled to one reserved parking space. Your parking space number should be provided by your landlord. Your assigned parking space number can also be found here: information.
